Team Sports West is the brainchild of Marlon Tucker and a former mentor Agent.  Marlon is one of the nations up and coming young negotiators in sports and marketing.  They saw a need for a firm that would help gifted young men and women fulfill their true potential as performers and individuals.

Our goal is to help secure our clients financial independence by capitalizing on their success and in helping them make intelligent and informed decisions that translate into productive lives once they leave the field or stage.
